An existing 10 fl. building is to be renovated to show the renewal of the company that owns it. The metal structure is left bare while a louver- skin is wrapped around the east,south and west facades. The base is perforated so that the tower directly touches the ground and expresses its full height. Both inside and oustide are renovated.
